Administrators setup staff users who then can easily manage all the features from their smartphone, SMS, telephone IVRs, or custom integrations. VeriClock provides sophisticated and robust tracking of all time tracked and employee interactions which can then be used when integrating payroll.
VeriClock has GPS functionality that allows you to specify where (on a map) employees should be when clocking in and out. You can also specify a radius around one or more authorized locations.

No. The VeriClock application is web based and we update it frequently with new features without the requirement for you to install or manage updates. The VeriClock mobile application is also updated regularly.
For many of our customers, VeriClock does not charge setup fees. However some of our customers have unique requirements where we are able to customize parts of the system and handle customized integrations. In these cases, setup fees may apply.
